Every sentiment claim on the index is paraphrased in our words and traced to one of these public sources. We don't reproduce quotes, usernames or upvote counts.
What we read
Written app-store reviews, active app communities on Reddit and forums, and review sites such as Trustpilot. Store ratings are pulled separately, dated, and linked on each profile.
How we use these sources. We read each source, group what people raise by
aspect, and write it in our own words with the link attached. Store ratings come from the live
Apple App Store and Google Play listings and are dated on every profile. See the
